What does a credit actually cost me?

1,000,000 credits ≈ $1 of real inference. So the 15M Pro pool buys you usage you'd otherwise pay $30–$60+ for across individual ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini / Grok subscriptions — and you can spend it on whichever model fits the job.

Do unused credits roll over?

Pro plan: your monthly pool refills on each renewal — unused credits do not roll over. Top-up packs do stack and stay until you spend them (or your plan lapses).

What happens when I run out?

The composer tells you before you send a message that's too expensive. Pick a cheaper model, buy a top-up, or wait for your renewal. We never silently fail or downgrade your model.

Which models cost the least?

Open-weight models like Llama 3.3 70B, DeepSeek V3, and Mistral Small 3.1 are a small fraction of the cost of GPT-4o or Claude Opus — a few hundred credits per message instead of several thousand. For most everyday work they're great and your pool lasts much longer.

Can I see what each message cost me?

Every assistant message shows the exact credits charged underneath, and your remaining balance updates in the toolbar in real time.

Is there a developer API?

Yes. It's drop-in compatible with the OpenAI SDK (just point base_url at https://api.faceb.ai/v1) and uses your same credit balance. One wallet for both the chat and the API.

How do I cancel?

Open your account page and click “Cancel subscription”. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period; nothing else is required.
