Faceb.ai (the “Service”) is a multi-model AI chat application and developer API operated by Faceb LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). We route your messages to third-party large language model (“LLM”) providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral, xAI, DeepSeek, and others) and return their responses. We do not train or operate the underlying models ourselves.
You need an email and password to save chats, subscribe to paid plans, or generate API keys. You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys confidential and for any activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or any jurisdiction with a higher minimum, that higher age applies.
Service usage is metered in credits. 1,000,000 credits equals roughly $1 of inference at wholesale provider prices, marked up to cover our infrastructure, fraud loss, and payment processing.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice. We may also be required by our upstream LLM providers to enforce their acceptable-use policies on requests routed through our API.
You retain ownership of the prompts and messages you send through the Service and of the responses you generate. You grant us a non-exclusive license to transmit your prompts to upstream LLM providers for the sole purpose of generating responses, and to store them on our servers so you can see your chat history. We do not train any model on your prompts or responses, and we do not use them to build competing products. See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
LLM responses can be inaccurate, biased, or out of date. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of any output before relying on it — especially for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical purposes. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice.
We do not guarantee uptime. Upstream LLM providers can and do experience outages, rate limits, and deprecations; our Service can be affected by them. We may pause, modify, or discontinue any model or feature with or without notice.
Faceb.ai's name, logo, templates, code, and designs are owned by Faceb LLC. The licenses of upstream LLM providers govern their models and outputs and may be more restrictive than these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Faceb LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose laws give you mandatory access to a local forum.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to registered users and on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
